· the Safety, Security and Migration Interministerial Group;
· the Culture and Creative Industries Inter-Ministerial Group; and
The Committee noted the correspondence from the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change & Rural Affairs.

The Committee noted the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (Memorandum No. 3) on the Victims and Prisoners Bill.
The Committee noted the correspondence from the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee to the First Minister of Wales.
The Committee agreed the motion.
The Committee considered the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum.
The Committee considered the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum and agreed to consider a draft report at a future meeting. The Committee also agreed to write to the Business Committee in relation to Standing Order 29.

The Committee considered the following international agreements:
· UK/Denmark: Agreement on the Participation in Certain Elections of Nationals of Each Country Resident in the Territory of the Other;
· UK/European Forest Institute: Host Country Agreement;
· Convention on the Establishment of the 'Global Combat Air Programme – GCAP International Government Organisation';
· UK/Hungary: Agreement concerning the Protection of Classified Information;
· UK-Saudi Arabia Air Services Agreement;
· UK/Bahrain: Agreement concerning Air Services;
· Hague Convention on Foreign Judgments; and
· International Bank for Reconstruction: Amendment of the Articles of Agreement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to remove the Statutory Lending Limit (SLL).
The Committee agreed to consider its draft report on the agreements at a future meeting.
The Committee noted and agreed its forward work programme. The Committee also agreed to invite the Ministers with portfolios relevant to the Committee’s remit to general scrutiny sessions. The Committee also agreed to invite the Office for the Internal Market to an evidence session in the summer term.
